Shipping Policy

We ship to domestic US at this time.    

SHIPPING RATE

We offer free shipping on orders $59+.   We charge a flat rate of $8.99 for all orders under $59.

For Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. We charge a flat fee of $120.    

PROCESSING TIME

Once your order is place, please allow for 1-3 business days to process and ship your order.  Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out the following week.  Shipping is not available on weekends or U.S. holidays.

We ship via Fedex or UPS Ground.  Orders should arrive within 5-10 business after processing time.  Actual ship time may vary depending on weather, courier availability, delivery address, etc.

TRACKING MY ORDER

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is processed.  Please contact us for any additional questions. 

 

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 21 days from delivery. All sales are final after 21 days.  Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We also do not accept products that have been used.  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

To complete your return, please contact us for Return Authorization.  Please provide your order number for proof of purchase is required.  Please ship with tracking service and insurance.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive you return item.  

Please do not send your purchase back without Return Authorization.

Partial refunds are granted if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  The original shipping costs are non-refundable.  This shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.

Refund may take 1-2 weeks to process and return to your account.  Please contact your financial institution for more information.
